Piel, the Spanish word for skin, honors my Latino heritage and the diverse community I proudly serve. Atelier, a French word meaning artisan workshop or studio, reflects a place where creations are thoughtfully crafted with expertise, intention, and attention to detail. At Lúmina Piel Atelier, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Full-service pricing will still apply.
